Yield: 1 serving

  • 4 ounces Champagne
  • 2 ounces mango nectar
  • 1 heaping teaspoon mango, peeled and diced

In a Champagne flute, pour the Champagne of your choice. Add the mango nectar. Stir. Add the diced mango - it will float to the bottom. Serve immediately.
