Asian Caesar Dressing

pound silken tofu

inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced

anchovy fillets

cup soy or tamari (or half fish sauce and half soy)

Tablespoons Dijon mustard

Tablespoon garlic, chopped
1
jalapeño chile, chopped or 1 teaspoon Asian hot sauce

cup water

cup canola oil

Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Put all ingredients except oil and cilantro in blender and mix until
smooth. Slowly add oil until the sauce is emulsified and thick and then
add the cilantro.
