  • 4 leaves gelatin
  • 1 Liter coconut cream
  • Spray dried coconut cream, as needed

Dissolve gelatin in small amount of warmed coconut cream. Temper with the rest of coconut cream and strain. Chill to 4°C and whip until fluffy. Serve topped with spray dried coconut cream.
