Ingredients:

  • 1 Liter milk
  • 200 grams muscovado sugar
  • 20 grams lapsang soochong tea
  • 10 grams lecithin

Method:
Bring milk and sugar to a boil; infuse tea for 4 minutes. Strain, add lecithin, and froth with emulsifying blade of immersion blender.
