Tools of the Trade Submission Policy
StarChefs monthly Tools of the Trade feature will review recommend the best foodservice equipment and kitchen tools available. Only recommended tools and products will be featured.

The articles will include StarChefs' editotial judgement and recommendations from prominent chefs around the country, discussing what they use daily and talk about tools they "cannot live without". Culinary school deans will also get in on the debate, telling StarChefs what products come in their students' toolboxes.
