Frozen Tofu Teaser: Peach

Yield: 6 5-ounce Servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces extra soft tofu
  • 12 ounces peaches, poached in white wine
  • 8 ounces granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Method:

Purée all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
