Many people associate the word "tea" with two of the most distinctive tea traditions in the world: English and Japanese. The two couldn’t be more different. The English are known for their dainty finger sandwiches and elaborate trays of sweets, whereas the Japanese are notorious for their highly formalized ceremonies and frothy green brew.
