Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:
  • 1½ ounces Ciroc vodka
  • ½ ounce tomato juice
  • 2 drops tobasco
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish
  • 1 spiced green bean, for garnish
  • 1 cherry tomato, for garnish
Method:

Place ice into an old fashioned glass, add ingredients, and stir well. Squeeze lime wedge onto rim of glass. Garnish with green bean and cherry tomato.

Guavo Cosmo

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:
  • 2½ ounces Smirnoff vodka
  • ¼ ounce Cointreau
  • 2 teaspoons guava purée
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon-lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 splash cranberry juice
  • 2 cocktail ice cubes, for shaking
  • Lime slice, for garnish
Method:

Fill a tempered pint glass with ice and add the vodka, Cointreau, guava purée, lemon-lime juice, simple syrup, and cranberry juice. Cap the glass with a stainless-steel cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a 10 ounce martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.

Method:

  • ¾ ounce Hennessey cognac
  • ¼ ounce Rhum Clément Creole Shrubb
  • ¾ ounce New Orleans Amber rum
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Orange twist, for garnish
Method:

Combine cognac, rums, and bitters in mixing glass, stir with ice, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist.

  • 1 ounce Sazeraz rye whiskey

Method:

Add bourbon, rye, and simple syrup to a rocks glass with ice and stir. Add club soda and garnish with mint spring and lemon twist.

Stir ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Method:

Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass.
