½ pound butter, softened
1 cup peeled garlic cloves
1½ bunches Italian parsley, stems removed
1¼ cup olive oil
32 ounces frozen french fries
Add butter, garlic cloves, parsley, and olive oil to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Cook French fries according to instructions. When crisp toss with ¼ cup garlic butter until the fries are evenly coated. Add more garlic butter as needed (the remaining garlic butter can be frozen for future use, or used to flavor garlic bread, dips, or pasta). Serve garlic fries immediately.
