Super Bowl XXXVIII may be in Houston, but the real party is in New Orleans, a.k.a. the Big Easy. And don’t be surprised to find die-hard fans at FQB in the Ritz-Carlton Maison Orleans. The name is short for French Quarter Bar. It might as well be Food Quarter Back, which aptly describes Chef Matt Murphy. Murphy’s game day menu includes the following recipes.
