Yield: 1 Cocktail


1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ ounce egg white
1½ ounces Hendricks gin or Square 1 vodka
½ ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ ounce simple syrup
6 drops rosewater
Rose petal 

Combine the lemon juice and egg white in a shaker. Using a blender ball, dry shake the mixture. Add the gin or vodka, St. Germain, simple syrup, rose water, and ice and shake vigorously. Double strain through a tea strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a rose petal.
