INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon fresh ginger shavings
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1½ ounces Bulleit Bourbon
1 ounce Canton Ginger Liqueur
½ ounce Lillet Blanc
½ ounce orange syrup
Orange slice
METHOD:
In a mixing glass, muddle the ginger with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add the Bulleit Bourbon, Canton Ginger Liqueur, Lillet Blanc and orange syrup, and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange slice.
