10 fresh mint leaves
Dash of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
2½ ounces Lillet Blanc
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Muddle the mint leaves with the peach bitters in a double old-fashioned glass. Combine the Lillet Blanc and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice and shake, straining into the same glass. Fill with crushed ice and s. Top with one fresh mint leaf, clapped quickly to release aroma. If needed, add simple syrup to taste.
