Pastis Fraiche

Yield: 1 Cocktail

2 ounces Ciroc Vodka
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Dash of Kübler Absinthe
4 to 5 fresh anise hyssop leaves, torn in half

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker; fill with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a pretty glass and serve.
