The Honeydew Martini

Yield: 1 drink

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce Midori
  • ½ ounce honeydew melon puree
  • Lemon juice
  • Lavender Honey
  • Ice
To Assemble and Serve:
  • Champagne
  • 4 honeydew melon balls

Combine vodka, Midori, honeydew melon puree, a few drops of lemon juice, a drizzle of lavender honey and ice in a martini shaker and shake vigorously.

To Assemble and Serve:
Strain into a chilled martini glass and top off with champagne. Skewer honeydew melon balls and rest on the rim of the glass.
