Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
½ ounce Midori
½ ounce honeydew melon puree
Lemon juice
Lavender Honey
Ice
To Assemble and Serve:
Champagne
4 honeydew melon balls
Method:
Combine vodka, Midori, honeydew melon puree, a few drops of lemon juice, a drizzle of lavender honey and ice in a martini shaker and shake vigorously.
To Assemble and Serve: Strain into a chilled martini glass and top off with champagne. Skewer honeydew melon balls and rest on the rim of the glass.
