Combine vodka, Midori, honeydew melon puree, a few drops of lemon juice, a drizzle of lavender honey and ice in a martini shaker and shake vigorously.
To Assemble and Serve:Strain into a chilled martini glass and top off with champagne. Skewer honeydew melon balls and rest on the rim of the glass.
