Wonderland by Bar Chef Josh Dov on StarChefs.com Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1/2 kiwi, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces vodka (Chef Dov prefers 42 Below)
  • 1 ounce Midori
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • Blue sugar crystals

Muddle kiwi with simple syrup. Shake all ingredients. Rim a martini glass with blue sugar crystals and strain mixture into glass.
