Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kiwi, chopped
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces vodka (Chef Dov prefers 42 Below)
- 1 ounce Midori
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- Blue sugar crystals
Method:
Muddle kiwi with simple syrup. Shake all ingredients. Rim a martini
glass with blue sugar crystals and strain mixture into glass.
