Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Stoli Persik
  • 1 ounce Matilde Peach
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Qaudy Black Moscat
  • Frozen peach puree cube (in an X shape)

Method:
Combine all ingredients into a martini shaker. Shake for 5 seconds and strain. Top with sparkling wine and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with the frozen peach puree cube.
