Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Stoli Persik
- 1 ounce Matilde Peach
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce Qaudy Black Moscat
- Frozen peach puree cube (in an X shape)
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a martini shaker. Shake for 5 seconds
and strain. Top with sparkling wine and pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with the frozen peach puree cube.
