Golden Lady by Bar Chef Josh Dov on Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1/4 Golden Delicious apple, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces vodka (Chef Dov prefers 42 Below)
  • 1 ounce plum wine
  • 1/2 ounce apple Juice (cloudy if possible)
  • 1/2 ounce Champagne
  • Dash cranberry juice

Muddle the apple with simple syrup. Add vodka, plum wine and apple juice. Shake.
Strain mixture into chilled martini glass and add Champagne. Lightly drizzle the cranberry juice so that it layers and sinks to the bottom of the martini.
