Ingredients:
- 2 strawberries
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce Plymouth Gin
- 1 ½ ounces Mumm Joyesse Demi-Sec Champagne
Method:
Muddle 1 strawberry in a mixing glass. Add lemon juice, simple syrup
and gin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass and top off with Champagne. Garnish with remaining strawberry.
