  • 5 ounces Absolut Vanilla Vodka
  • 3 ounces Cointreau
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • Splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne
  • Pineapple stalk for garnish
  • Rose petal for garnish

Combine vodka, Cointreau, pineapple juice, and simple syrup in shaker with ice. Shake, strain into martini glass. Top with splash of Champagne. Garnish with pineapple stalk and rose petal.
