Ingredients:
- 5 ounces Absolut Vanilla Vodka
- 3 ounces Cointreau
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- Splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne
- Pineapple stalk for garnish
- Rose petal for garnish
Method:
Combine vodka, Cointreau, pineapple juice, and simple syrup in shaker
with ice. Shake, strain into martini glass. Top with splash of Champagne.
Garnish with pineapple stalk and rose petal.
