French Cherry Mojito

  • 4 fresh cherries, pitted
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
  • 3 ounces limes, quartered
  • 4 brown sugar cubes
  • 5 ounces Bacardi Limon Rum
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • Splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne
  • Sugar cane stalk for garnish

Muddle the cherries, mint, limes and brown sugar with the rum and lime juice. Add ice, shake and top with splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig and sugar cane stalk.
