- 4 fresh cherries, pitted
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
- 3 ounces limes, quartered
- 4 brown sugar cubes
- 5 ounces Bacardi Limon Rum
- 2 ounces lime juice
- Splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne
- Sugar cane stalk for garnish
Muddle the cherries, mint, limes and brown sugar with the rum and
lime juice. Add ice, shake and top with splash of Moet & Chandon
Champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig and sugar cane stalk.
