Ingredients:
- ½ pint raspberries
- ½ pint blackberries
- ¼ cup Crème de Cassis
- ¼ cup Orange Curaçao
- ¼ cup Cointreau
- 2 bottles (500 ml) of Brachetto (Italian red sparkling dessert
wine)
- Whole nutmeg
Method:
Marinate berries in Cassis, Curacao and Cointreau and refrigerate
for at least 1 hour. Fill a Champagne flute with ice. Spoon 2 teaspoons
of berry mixture with juice over top. Fill with Brachetto. Grate
fresh nutmeg and serve.
