  • ½ pint raspberries
  • ½ pint blackberries
  • ¼ cup Crème de Cassis
  • ¼ cup Orange Curaçao
  • ¼ cup Cointreau
  • 2 bottles (500 ml) of Brachetto (Italian red sparkling dessert wine)
  • Whole nutmeg

Marinate berries in Cassis, Curacao and Cointreau and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Fill a Champagne flute with ice. Spoon 2 teaspoons of berry mixture with juice over top. Fill with Brachetto. Grate fresh nutmeg and serve.
