Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch mint (approximately 5 stems)
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 ounces Bacardi Coco
  • Shredded coconut

Method:

Muddle mint in lime juice and sugar in a mixing glass. Add ice and pour Bacardi Coco over ice. Dip the rim of an iced martini glass in shredded coconut. Shake and strain cocktail into glass.
