Yield: 8 servings (8 ounces each)


  • 15 ounces Chiyomusubi Sake (any sake can be used)
  • 6 ounces calamanci concentrate, thawed (see note below)
  • Soda water
  • 4-6 lime wedges

Fill a 2-quart pitcher with ice. Add the Sake and calamanci concentrate. Add soda water to fill the pitcher. Stir well. Squeeze lime wedges into mixture and then drop wedges into pitcher. Garnish with additional lime wedges.

Note: Calamanci concentrate can be found in any asian market. Calamanci is a citrus fruit from Southeast Asia
