INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces Bluecoat gin
2 ounces coconut water
1 smidgen red Thai curry
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce stevia-sweetened simple syrup
1 sprig mint
METHOD:
In a shaker filled ¾ of the way with ice, combine Bluecoat gin, coconut water, red Thai curry, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until cold, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with sprig of mint.
