Shishito Peppers with Yuzu, Bonito and Soy

Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shishito peppers
- ½ cup light soy
- ¼ cup yuzu
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons bonito flakes
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Method:
Heat fryer oil to 350°F and quickly fry the peppers. Remove from oil, drain, and toss with soy, yuzu, water, and lime juice. Remove peppers from liquid, place in a bowl, and top with bonito flakes and sesame seeds.
