Simple Greens Salad

Yield: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup truffle oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice of 5 lemons, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pound mixed greens
  • Salt and pepper
Method:
Mix lemon juice, truffle oil, and olive oil and pour over mixed greens. Season salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Wine pairing:
A bready or spicy sparkling wine such as the Lucien Albrecht Cremant d’Alsace NV
