Matsutake Baked

Ingredients:
- 4 (6 – inch) square cedar planks, untreated
- 8 grade A Matsutake mushrooms, cleaned of debris and
brushed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Sea salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice mushrooms very thin. Place
in a bowl. Lightly season with salt. Combine mushroom mixture
with olive oil, tossing gently with your hands. Arrange mushrooms
flat on each plank. Bake until softened. Serve immediately.
