Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 cups milk
- 4-6 Tablespoons butter, melted
Method:
- Sift dry ingredients 2 times. Beat
egg whites until stiff but not dry, set aside. Beat
egg yolks, add milk and whisk in the dry ingredients
only to blend them. Add melted butter and then fold
in beaten egg whites. Bake in electric waffle iron.
