INGREDIENTS:
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 medium ripe strawberries
½ ounce turbinado simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger beer
Lemon wheel

METHOD:
Fill a Collins glass with ice and reserve. Put the lemon juice and 1 strawberry into a cocktail shaker and muddle thoroughly. Add ice, simple syrup, bourbon, and bitters and shake vigorously.
