1 bottle Wild Turkey American Honey bourbon
1 cup apple wood shavings
½-inch cube dry ice
Remove ¼ of the bourbon from the bottle. Place the bottle of bourbon in a 5 gallon bucket with a lid. Place the aquarium pump in the bucket. Cut a hole in the top of the lid. Insert the pump sandstone at the bottom of the bottle and turn on the aquarium pump. Load a Polyscience Smoking Gun or other smoke circulator with apple wood. Ignite and pipe in smoke through hole in lid until bucket is filled with smoke. Cover the hole with a piece of duct tape and let stand for 45 minutes. Turn off pump and remove bottle. Pour 2 ounces of bourbon into a Port sipper glass. Place dry ice on a small spoon and drop ice into glass. Wait until dry ice cube floats before drinking.
