INGREDIENTS
Wildflower honey
Kosher salt
1½ ounces DH Krahn Gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 bottle Left Hand Sawtooth Ale
1 twist lemon
METHOD
Half-rim a Pilsner glass in honey followed by Kosher salt. In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, lemon zest, and ice. Shake and strain into the glass filled with ice. Top with beer, and garnish with lemon twist.
