1 egg white
2 ounces rosé vermouth
1 ounce apricot brandy
½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 bottle Sprecher Orange Dream soda
In a shaker, combine egg white, vermouth, brandy, and lemon juice. Shake until mixture is emulsified. Add ice to the shaker and shake. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with soda.
