Yield: 1 Cocktail

 

INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Illegal Joven Mezcal
1 ounce Lillet Blanc
½ ounce fresh lime juice
¼ ounce agave nectar
1 egg white

METHOD:
Shake ingredients vigorously in a mixing glass. Pour over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with one cilantro leaf.
