Yield: 1 Cocktail


1 slice cucumber
1 ounce Illegal Mezcal Reposado
1 ounce Dimmi Italian Cordial
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ ounce chipotle chili-infused light amber organic agave nectar
2 dashes Summit peach bitters (or Fee Brothers Peach Bitters)

Muddle the cucumber slice in a shaker. Pour mezcal, Dimmi, lime juice, agave nectar, and peach bitters into the shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain with a tea strainer into a Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with grated orange zest.
