pound sugar

large eggs

large egg yolks
- ½
pint whipping cream
- ½
pint sour cream
- ½
cup orange juice
- 1/8
cup vanilla
- 1
cup Margarita drink
- Juice
of ½ medium lime
- 1
Tablespoon lime zest
Pie
Crust

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼
cup butter
- ¼
cup sugar
Mix
cheesecake ingredients in mixer until smooth. Make sure there
are no lumps.
Combine ingredients for pie crust and mold into cake pan. Pour
batter into cake pan and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
