Steamed Crabs

Yield: 3-4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups beer
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons black pepper
- 1 dozen live Maryland blue crabs
- 1½ cups Harbour Spice Crab seasoning (or Old Bay seasoning)
Method:
Place beer, vinegar, water, and black pepper at the bottom of a
large steam pot fitted with a metal rack. Bring mixture to a boil
and place crabs on the rack. Sprinkle crab seasoning on top of crabs,
place lid on tight and allow crabs to steam about 25 - 30 minutes,
depending on size.
Wine Pairing:
Switch things up with a lighter, refreshing beer such as Reissdorf
