Bunueloni Cocktail from Chef Amanda Freitag, formerly of Gusto – New York, NY on StarChefs.comYield: 1 Cocktail


  • ¾ ounce Punt e Mes
  • ¾ ounce white vermouth
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1½ ounce of orange juice
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange twist
  • 1 lemon twist

    * Punt e Mes is a dark brown, bitter Italian Vermouth.

Stir the ingredients over ice in highball glass. Twist orange and lemon over glass and float.
