The Dallas Rising Stars Honorees Dinner

May 15, 2008

The 2007 Dallas Rising Stars took over Chef Kent Rathbun’s beautiful, art-filled house for a festive barbecue in celebration of the award winners. The spread was lavish: treats in the patio, the kitchen, and on the grill, plus chocolate and cheese in the parlor…  Cervena provided venison for the grill, and Sunburst Trout gave the vibrant caviar to top the beet-cured salmon. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte put everyone in the mood, and Nespresso coffee kept the party going late!
