Steamed String Beans

Yield: 25 pounds / 200 Servings (2 ounces each)

Ingredients:
  • 25 pounds string beans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Place beans in a steamer pan and steam for 2 ½ minutes. Remove and season to taste.
