Bhutanese Red Rice

Yield: 25 Pounds/200 Servings (2 ounces each)

  • 11 pounds Himalayan red rice
  • 2¾ gallons water
  • 2 ounces salt

Wash rice very well. Add water and salt and cook in steamer until done.
