Ingredients:

    Valhalla Cocktail by Mixologist Jonny Raglin of Absinthe  San Francisco, CA on StarChefs.comBlood Orange Infused Tequila:
  • 1 liter 100% agave tequila
  • ½ pound blood orange peels

    To Assemble and Serve:
  • 1½ ounces Blood Orange Infused Tequila
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¾ ounce velvet falernum
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 orange peel
  • Cloves

Method:
For the Blood Orange Infused Tequila:
Combine tequila and orange peels and infuse for 4-6 days. Strain and discard peels.

To Assemble and Serve:
In a shaker, combine ice, Blood Orange Infused Tequila, lime juice, falernum, and bitters. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a clove-studded orange peel.
