Number Twelve Cocktail by Mixologist Tim Lacey of Custom House  Chicago, IL on StarChefs.comIngredients:

  • 1 ounce Martin Miller’s gin
  • 1½ ounces Alvear Amontillado sherry
  • ½ ounce triple sec
  • Simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • 1 slice orange

Method:
In a double old-fashioned glass, combine gin, sherry, and triple sec. Add a splash of simple syrup and fill to top of the glass with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange.
