Tangerines arrive in the markets just as the
holiday season is on its way. With a little preparation you can
make this amazingly fresh and juicy cocktail that will burst in
your mouth. D’arbo Tangerine Syrup can be found in specialty
markets or on line.
Yield: 1 Serving
- 2 ounces Absolut Mandarin
- Juice of 1 tangerine
- ½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ ounce D’arbo Tangerine Syrup
- 1 Twist of tangerine peel
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with tangerine twist.
