The
splash of Plum Wine in this Sake Martini gives it good balance.
INGREDIENTS
- 2
1/2 ounces Vodka
- 1
1/2 ounce Dry Sake
- 1
ounce Plum Wine
- 3
Thin Cucumber Slices
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a Chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish by floating the Cucumber Slices.
