INGREDIENTS:
One white sugar cube
Two dashes Angostura bitters
Two dashes blood orange bitters
Splash club soda
One sour cherry
2 ounces bourbon
Large twist of orange rind
METHOD:
In a double rocks glass, build the cocktail starting with the sugar, bitters, soda, and cherry; press this mixture into a paste with an Old Fashioned spoon. Add the bourbon, followed by a large piece of hand-cracked ice. Stir with bar spoon twist and rim the glass with orange rind. Place the rind garnish in the outer perimeter of the ice. Serve.
