Yield: 1 Cocktail


1 ounce Nardini Mandorla Grappa
1 ounce Sarpa di Poli con Tubo Grappa
½ ounce Argiolas Tremontis Limonsardo
½ ounce simple syrup
¼ ounce fresh lime juice
¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
Egg white
1 bar spoon Argiolas Tremontis Mirto (Myrtleberry)
Orange peel

Dry shake all ingredients except for the Tremontis Mirto and orange peel. Fill the shaker with a lot of ice and shake vigorously (at least 30 shakes). Strain the cocktail into coupe glass through tea strainer to remove any ice chips.  Pour in the Tremontis and squeeze orange peel oil over the top and on the rim of the glass. Discard orange peel and serve.
