The Careers Through Culinary Arts Program, Inc. (C-CAP) is non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and provide career opportunities in the foodservice industry for inner-city youth through culinary arts education and apprenticeship.

C-CAP operates in over 200 schools in New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Tidewater, VA, Arizona, Chicago, and Los Angeles and reaches over 10,000 students nationwide. Since its founding in 1990, C-CAP has awarded over $8 million in scholarships to institutions such as the New York Restaurant School, The Institute of Culinary Education, the French Culinary Institute, the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson & Wales University, and The Art Institutes.
