Ingredients:
Assorted chicken parts
Flour
Salt & Pepper
Crisco Shortening
Wash chicken, pat dry. Season chicken pieces with salt and cayenne pepper,
dredge with flour and shake in a paper bag, knock off excess flour and
deep
fry in Crisco Shortening.
