Downs Benedictine Spread

Churchill Downs Benedictine Spread
4 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces goat cheese
4 tablespoons diced cucumbers
4 tablespoons chopped fresh scallions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Thinly sliced baguette rounds
Combine first 4 ingredients in processor. Blend until just smooth, occasionally scraping down sides of work bowl. Add dill. Using on/off turns combine until just blended. Season spread with salt and pepper. Transfer to small bowl. Serve with baguette rounds, endive or sliced cucumbers.
Makes about 2 cups.
